Dress down day fundraiser
DIPG Awareness Day - 17 May. The date is not recognised as an official day in the UK, however, it is important to raise awareness of this deadly brain tumour. In 2019 RAM Foundation asked Carrbridge Primary and Grantown Grammar if they would hold a dress down down to remember Bobo, who attended both schools.
This year Carrbridge Primary, Grantown Grammar, plus 3 more schools, Strathdearn Primary, Alness Academy and Milton Primary, joined us in raising awareness of DIPG. This year we suggested ‘Wear Something Green/Dress Down Day’ We couldn’t have asked for more and were overwhelmed by the support we received from the all the staff, pupils and families raising an amazing £1373.23! We hope to continue this yearly awareness day and hope more schools will join us. 💚
